KENNETH ROE HARRISON

Kenneth Roe Harrison, 68, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away with his family by his side on his birthday, April 29, 2019.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Diana Lynn (married November 3, 1979), his two children, James Kenneth and Jessica Diana, one grandson, Tristan Kenneth, a brother, David and wife, Lynda Harrison and a sister-in-law, Glenda Harrison.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents - Benjamin and Nellie Harrison, grandmother - Rachel Lewis, parents -Alva and Ola Harrison, sister- Judith Rae, and brother- Ben Harrison.

Kenneth was a 1969 graduate of Capitol Hill High School, home of the Redskins. He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.

He was a Middle Tier Administrator and computer specialist for FAA since 1992. Among Kenneth’s many interests were camping, boating, hunting, fishing, leather work and he was an avid reader. He enjoyed cooking, trying new recipes and he made great pies at Christmas time. His most favorite activity was watching his grandson, Tristan, play baseball.

The Memorial Service for Kenneth will be Thursday, May 9, 1:00 PM at the Barnes Friederich Funeral Home, 1820 S. Douglas Blvd., Midwest City. Rev George (Marty) Brock, will be officiating the service.
